Professional Summary

Tifani first joined CSI in 2010 and served in a number of roles in the nuclear division. In her role as Administrative Supervisor, Tifani worked closely with access authorization departments and nuclear utilities to ensure that Suitable Inquiries were conducted in compliance with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC); Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 26 – Fitness for Duty Programs (10 CFR Part 26) and the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) requirements.

Tifani moved into the nuclear construction sector and served as an Access Authorization Specialist and Reviewing Official at the V.C. Summer Units 2 & 3 construction site. In these capacities, she was responsible for evaluating Personal History Questionnaires, Suitable Inquiries, and Determination of Fitness results and determining suitably for unescorted access authorization (UAA) to the nuclear construction site. Tifani was certified in Fitness for Duty (FFD)/Behavioral Observation programs (BOP), trained as a NEI Reviewing Official, a National Academy of Nuclear Training e-Learning (NANTeL) Administrator and Proctor, and a Proctor for the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) psychological exam.

Tifani returned to CSI in 2017 as Corporate Investigation Supervisor and South Carolina Office Manager. Tifani recently moved into the role of Operations Manager. In this role, she works closely with staff to ensure investigative processes run seamlessly. She is well-versed in procedure writing, considered a subject matter expert in federally regulated background screenings and holds a Basic Certification in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) certified by the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA).

Tifani earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, with minors in Business Administration and Gender Studies from the University of South Carolina.
