The Accounting and Human Resource (HR) Specialist will work closely with CSI’s Controller as well as the VP of Finance and Administration. The Finance team ensures the workflow and best practices related to ongoing financial activity and Human Capital Management (HCM). This position is responsible for bi-weekly payroll and monthly billing along with the fundamentals of daily accounting. CSI is moving to an All-In-One HCM software platform that combines payroll (PR) with workforce management to include one solution for HRIS, PR, Benefits Management, Performance Evaluations, Training and Development, and HR compliance. The Accounting and Human Resource Specialist is responsible for supporting HR services in benefits administration, recruiting, new employee onboarding and a variety of general administrative tasks.
