Professional Summary

Kellie first joined CSI in 2003 where she served in Client Service working with customers on program questions related to background checks. She was promoted to the Director of Sales and Implementation working closely with customers and partners to develop and implement background screening and drug testing solutions in accordance with federal, state and local laws. She was very involved in legislative and legal initiatives and was instrumental in developing strategies and communication for compliance until 2013. After completing her Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law at Dartmouth where she specialized in employment law, Kellie rejoined CSI in 2015 as Associate General Counsel serving as a member of the Executive Team, and most recently promoted to General Counsel.

With almost 20 years of experience in background screening, Kellie is a proven professional that delivers innovative thinking, organizational excellence and education in the areas of employment screening and compliance. Kellie continues to promote education around employment screening, lobbying at the state and federal levels on issues impacting background screening. She is active in industry trade associations including the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) where she currently holds an Advanced Certification in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Kellie is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) as well as a certified analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®) behavioral assessment suite. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, United States Federal Court-District of Massachusetts Bar as well as a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.
